The holiday shopping season gets a festive start on Saturday, Nov. 7 as the annual Christmas Mart returns to West Maple Street in Lombard from 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
This beloved community tradition invites shoppers to discover unique gifts, handmade crafts, holiday decorations and more while exploring participating churches and locations throughout the historic downtown area.
The Lombard Christmas Mart brings together local artists, crafters and vendors offering a variety of one-of-a-kind finds for holiday gift-giving. Visitors can also stop by the Lombard Historical Society’s Lilac Emporium Gift Shop, located at 23 W. Maple St., for Lombard-themed gifts and holiday favorites.
Shoppers can enjoy 30 percent off apparel at the Lilac Emporium during the holiday event! Lombard Historical Society members can save even more by combining the 30 percent apparel discount with their member discount, making it a great opportunity to find something special while supporting the Historical Society.
New this year, digital tools make shopping at the Christmas Mart easier than ever. The free Historic Downtown Lombard mobile app will help visitors browse participating vendors, find their locations and plan their shopping stops right from their phones.
